Yasojima carefully selects manufacturing processes and conditions to suit your design and the characteristics of the material to be processed in order to ensure that the finished product matches your requirements.

Yasojima has processing environments and equipment to handle micron-level dimensional and geometric tolerances, as well as an inspection system for conducting precision inspections to ensure that your requirements are met.

Processing conditions are optimized to suit the characteristics of the material to be processed, and processing is carried out in a temperature- and humidity-controlled environment with anti-vibration measures in place.

We use our five-axis machining center to produce a variety of shapes to ensure that your processing requirements are met.

We provide high-precision welding and bonding for PEEK, which boasts excellent heat, chemical, and wear resistance.

Yasojima utilizes machining, lapping, and polishing technology to produce optimum surface finishes for both curved and flat surfaces using processing technology developed in cooperation with university research institutions.

Yasojima can provide assembly solutions for individual plastics as well as for other parts of differing materials.
